Lampyon lights are wind lights made of paraffin wax. Note this is just a tealihgt holder.

You can place a tealight inside. The transparency of the paraffin wax will give a stunning effect.

Please note to avoid melting the paraffine candle, add some sand underneath the tealight, because the tealight will also get very warm at the bottom.
